By purchasing real estate media products and services (photography or videography) from Snapscene Photography, you agree to a single use license for that delivered media. The single use license is for the duration of the intended property listing (shown in the media), while the listing remains under your name.

Ownership of the photos and video is retained by Snapscene Photography (the author/producer of the media). Any delivered media content (complete or in parts) cannot be sold or given to anyone, for any reason or use, unless approved by Snapscene Photography.
